Nick Cuchetti’s BackgroundNick was raised in rural Missouri and developed a passion for agriculture and the outdoors at a young age. Although he did not grow up living on a farm, agriculture quickly became a central part of his life through FFA, showing cattle, and working on local farms throughout his youth.
He attended the University of Missouri, where he earned a degree in Soil Science with a minor in Plant Science while working his way through college. Since entering the land and agriculture industry in 2015, Nick has built extensive experience in farm management, conservation planning, agronomy, and rural real estate.
Nick’s background in land management, agriculture, and property evaluation gives him a practical understanding of real estate value and long-term property potential that extends far beyond a traditional transaction. From residential homes and commercial properties to farms, recreational land, and rural acreage, he helps clients evaluate opportunities with a practical, real-world perspective focused on usability, investment potential, and long-term value.
Nick joined Trophy Properties & Auction to combine his passion for land, agriculture, conservation, and helping people achieve their goals through real estate.
Additional InformationOutside of real estate, Nick owns and operates Oaklee Rose Farms / Show Me Pastures alongside his wife, Sara, where they raise regenerative grass-fed beef and pasture-raised poultry and sell directly into the STL area.
